Structure principle
Diaphragm pressure gauge refers to a pressure gauge with a metal corrugated diaphragm as an elastic element. It is mainly composed of lower connecting body, upper connecting body, elastic diaphragm and connecting rod. Movement, pointer, dial and other components. Under the action of pressure, the measured working medium directly acts on the elastic diaphragm, and the diaphragm produces elastic deformation upward (measuring positive pressure) or downward (measuring negative pressure). The connecting rod mechanism fixed in the center of the diaphragm drives the movement gear The shaft rotates, so that the pointer indicates the measured pressure value on the dial.
