Structure principle
Use professional equipment to vacuum the spring tube, fill it with isolation fluid, and seal it with a diaphragm. When the diaphragm pressure gauge measures pressure, the measured working medium directly acts on the isolation diaphragm, and the diaphragm deforms upward. The medium pressure is transmitted to the spring tube through the isolation liquid in the spring tube, so that the spring tube end produces elastic deformation. The gear shaft of the movement is driven to rotate by the connecting rod mechanism, so that the pointer indicates the measured pressure value on the dial.
Factors Affecting Market Value
The diaphragm pressure gauge system is filled with isolation fluid as the medium for transmitting pressure. Due to the temperature and volume expansion coefficient of the isolation fluid, the indication value of the pressure gauge increases with the temperature of the pressure part. The temperature influence amount is related to the expansion coefficient of the sealing isolation fluid, the modulus of the diaphragm material itself and the temperature of the pressure part. Especially for low range pressure instruments, the impact is more obvious. Generally, the temperature error of the pressure part shall not be greater than ± 0.1%/C.
